Why this job is important:
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering client projects end-to-end. Your work ensures projects run smoothly, meet client expectations, and comply with quality and security standards.
This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence during a key period.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage project planning, execution, and financials from start to finish.
Coordinate delivery teams for seamless execution.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Monitor risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with data privacy and IT security standards.
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices across all phases.
The ideal skills & experience:
Proven experience in end-to-end project management within Market Research.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to work in a cross-cultural, matrix environment and build strong relationships.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Project Management certification is a plus.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
