Management of engineering projects (new production lines, modifications, transfers between plants, process automation)
Management of project schedules and budgets, project team, meetings, and risk management
Coordination of sub-project activities between engineering, production, R&D, maintenance, quality, logistics, and suppliers
Regular reporting on the project status
Technical education and mindset - preferably Bachelor or Master degree
Experience with managing technical projects in a production environment
Written and spoken English at least at the B2 level
Knowledge of CAD is an advantage (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Strong organizational skills, ability to complete projects, team player
Ability to handle multiple projects and activities at once
