We�re hiring a Project Manager to support clients across the South Bay Area, including San Jose and Gilroy, CA. This hybrid role involves being on-site about 40% of the time, so candidates should live within a reasonable commute. You�ll work closely with school districts and municipalities to lead mission-critical construction projects.
What You�ll Do:
As Project Manager, you�ll oversee multiple capital projects from start to finish, acting as both a tactical executor and a strategic advisor. You�ll:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across school and civic sectors
Lead interdisciplinary teams�including consultants, staff, and architects�toward common goals
Manage scope, budget, schedules, and risk across multiple projects
Deliver clear reports, presentations, and documentation for a wide range of stakeholders
Offer critical insights during key project milestones and decision points
Contribute to firm culture by mentoring team members and sharing knowledge across engagements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
School experience is required. DSA experience is preferred
Strong understanding of program and construction management.
Confidence in client-facing settings
Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be available for regular in-person meetings in San Jose, Gilroy, and surrounding areas

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $110,000-140,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
