Act as the main point of contact for the client and coordinate with control and inspection bodies.

Prepare and support provisional and final handovers.

Manage subcontractor and service provider contracts.

Validate monthly progress statements and control executed works.

Manage disputes and contractual claims when required.

Ensure overall project budget management.

Monitor committed, actual, and forecasted costs.

Optimize expenditures and anticipate budget deviations.

Contribute to financial reporting, payment certificates, variations, and additional works.

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large -scale construction (BTP) projects.
<\/p><\/li>
Proven experience in multi -stakeholder coordination.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and technical documentation (CCTP, BPU, DQE).
<\/p><\/li>
Solid understanding of budgetary and contractual follow -up.
<\/p><\/li>
Good knowledge of construction standards and control procedures.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong leadership, decision -making, communication, and negotiation skills.
<\/p><\/li>
High level of rigor, organization, and anticipation, with a strong focus on results and quality.
<\/p><\/li>
Fluency in French (spoken and written).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems.
