Responsible for the overall management of the project from the preparation phase through to final handover. Ensure full technical, administrative, financial, and human coordination of the project. Guarantee compliance with contractual requirements, deadlines, budget, execution quality, and applicable standards.

Responsibilities
<\/h2>Coordinate all trades and stakeholders involved on site.
<\/p><\/li>
Lead coordination with design offices including structural, MEP, electrical, infrastructure, and architectural teams.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure consistency of technical studies and proper implementation on site.
<\/p><\/li>
Organize and lead internal and external technical and coordination meetings.
<\/p><\/li>
Guarantee the quality of executed works and finishing levels in compliance with technical specifications (CCTP) and applicable standards.
<\/p><\/li>
Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures.
<\/p><\/li>
Control compliance of works prior to handover and anticipate and correct non -conformities.
<\/p><\/li>
Act as the main point of contact for the client and coordinate with control and inspection bodies.
<\/p><\/li>
Follow up on approvals, remarks, and clearance of comments.
<\/p><\/li>
Prepare and support provisional and final handovers.
<\/p><\/li>
Lead and supervise project teams including engineers, site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
<\/p><\/li>
Organize staff allocation according to project and site needs.
<\/p><\/li>
Evaluate performance and ensure compliance with HSE rules and procedures.
<\/p><\/li>
Manage subcontractor and service provider contracts.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor contractual commitments related to deadlines, quality, and pricing.
<\/p><\/li>
Validate monthly progress statements and control executed works.
<\/p><\/li>
Manage disputes and contractual claims when required.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure overall project budget management.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor committed, actual, and forecasted costs.
<\/p><\/li>
Optimize expenditures and anticipate budget deviations.
<\/p><\/li>
Contribute to financial reporting, payment certificates, variations, and additional works.

Requirements<\/h3>Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large -scale construction (BTP) projects.
<\/p><\/li>
Proven experience in multi -stakeholder coordination.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and technical documentation (CCTP, BPU, DQE).
<\/p><\/li>
Solid understanding of budgetary and contractual follow -up.
<\/p><\/li>
Good knowledge of construction standards and control procedures.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong leadership, decision -making, communication, and negotiation skills.
<\/p><\/li>
High level of rigor, organization, and anticipation, with a strong focus on results and quality.
<\/p><\/li>
Fluency in French (spoken and written).
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems.
