Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Develop\/coordinate internal budgets (prepare additional contracts, agreements, and service proposals)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Manage project from start to finish<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Manage client expectations and meet performance objectives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assist with design process, lead meetings and presentations throughout all phases of project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Lead staff (provide direction, supervision, mentoring, and leadership)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Evaluate project requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Negotiate client agreement including fee and time schedule<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Complete projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Build\/maintain client relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Review\/coordinate work of outside consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Bachelorâs degree from an accredited college in Architecture <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Masterâs degree preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- 6+ years of experience in healthcare design<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with Lean and Evidence\-based design preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Registration\/License<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Working knowledge of AutoCad, 3D Max, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and other industry accepted design software tools<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> <\/ul><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Salary is commensurate with experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
