A new and exciting
opportunity has become available for a Project Manager<\/b> to join our team
based in North Hykeham Lincoln. The role will be working on a Strategic Urban
Extension ( SUE ) housing Development and will report directly into our Director
and Chairman.<\/span> As the Project Lead, you will be
responsible for the successful delivery of a major Strategic Urban Extension housing
development, overseeing all phases from feasibility design through to
completion of infrastructure. This includes Value engineering, technical
approval of infrastructure by the adopting authorities, planning approval where
relevant, financial control, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and
overall project execution across a multi -phase, multi -partner environment.<\/span> Key
responsibilities to include but not limited to:<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Understand the core requirements
and phasing<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Rationalise complex design to
reduce costs and reduce risk<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with adopting authorities
to maximise design and minimise bonding periods.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with our development
partner to bring forward and complete ( to the satisfaction of the authority) technically
approved designs for ‘Common Infrastructure’.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop long -term phasing,
infrastructure, and delivery plans in alignment with the project’s goals.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with local
planning policy, housing needs, sustainability objectives, and design codes.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee all project phases,
including land acquisition (if applicable), planning, design, infrastructure,
construction, and sales.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish and monitor project
KPIs for time, cost, quality, and risk.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordination of
services to include taking lead on utility agreements<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act as the principal liaison for
all project stakeholders, including local councils, landowners, investors,
housebuilders, utility providers, and the local community.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Foster collaborative
relationships with JV partners and delivery agents.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead community engagement and
consultation strategies to build support and mitigate risks.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Take responsibility for project
budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure robust financial
forecasting and cash flow management throughout the development lifecycle.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify, assess, and manage
project risks across technical, legal, environmental, and commercial domains.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with all
legal, health & safety, and environmental standards.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage insurances, warranties,
and contractual obligations.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead internal and external
project teams with clarity and authority.<\/span> Skills
& Qualifications:<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Degree in Project Management,
Construction, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related
discipline.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Chartered status (e.g., RICS,
RTPI, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Extensive experience delivering
large -scale developments/ projects.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven track record of leading
complex, high -value, multi -phase projects.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong commercial, contractual,
and financial acumen.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Exceptional communication,
negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Deep understanding of UK standards
(Highways Specification – DRMB).<\/span> Desirable
Experience:<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with public -private
partnership models.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with infrastructure
delivery frameworks and coordination (e.g., highways, utilities, schools).<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Worked in a local family

nature of the role, the position will be full time office based. Benefits
