The Opportunity

With a strong and growing pipeline of projects in Frankfurt, the client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead their team in Amsterdam. You’ll have full autonomy over major interior fit-out projects, from conception through to handover.

Ideal for an ambitious Senior Engineer or Construction Manager ready to step up—or an established Project Manager looking to join a leader in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of interior fit-out construction, from planning to handover

• Develop, manage, and report on project budgets

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Serve as the key client contact—managing expectations and advising on materials and design

• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, engineers, and architects

• Ensure all activities meet local building codes and health & safety regulations

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues around design, schedule, and cost

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 7–8+ years of experience in construction, ideally with a background in Project Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management

• Must-have: Experience leading large-scale commercial interior fit-out projects

• Nice-to-have: Exposure to data centre construction projects

• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget

• Must have EU work rights
