THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will manage the queue for Legends IQ client projects and properties.
We’re looking for someone with high emotional intelligence who understands how to work collaboratively with stakeholders across teams and seniority levels to manage the execution of deliverables. You must be deadline-driven, organized, obsessed with details, and a powerful communicator. The right candidate enjoys the challenge of managing expectations, personalities, and multiple priorities while enforcing internal deadlines and keeping projects on time. We’re seeking a proactive self-starter with top-notch interpersonal and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
