What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, working within the Product Development & Innovation Department at Enstall, you will be responsible for all facets of project management; process, budget, resources, timelines, quality, collaboration and documentation. Ideally, you have experience with product development, sourcing, launch and positioning in a B2B environment (distributor and direct channel). You will collaborate with Product Management, engineering, testing, sourcing, and many more; and contribute to delivering innovative rooftop solar racking hardware to the market.

This is a hybrid position (2-3 days/week in the office, or more when business needs dictate) and will be based in any of our main office locations (North Andover, MA, Hayward, CA or Tempe, AZ).
What We�ll Offer
This is a limited duration, full-time position with an expected end date on or before December 12, 2025. The position is benefit-eligible for the duration of the assignment.
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
