We're looking for a
Marketing Project Manager who can bring structure to creativity and turn ambitious marketing plans into executed reality. You'll be the operational backbone of our marketing team, ensuring campaigns launch on time, stakeholders stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you thrive on organization, love optimizing processes, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Organize and prioritize tasks and workload across the marketing team, maintaining clear visibility on project status
- Own project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Implement and optimize processes to improve team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between marketing, product, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in project management (marketing environment is a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Strong process-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing efficient workflows
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Familiarity with marketing operations, campaigns, or content production is a strong advantage
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or tech companies is a plus
