We currently have a career opportunity for the Project Manager role to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences team. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

 

 

Job Overview:

The  Project Manager will have complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the client engagement, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client.

In this role, the PM is going to serve as the leader who is going to support the design, optimization and execution of R&D teams in the MedDevices space. Will drive initiatives in data governance, compliance and process improvement.

 



Responsibilities
  • Project Manager on at least 2 R&D focused projects.
  • Handling and driving process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the data governance and compliance aspects.
  • Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the development teams.
  • Interact with product managers and other organizational units such as QA, operations, and external IT partners.
  • Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.
  • Establish common goals across multiple teams and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance.
  • Manage milestones across multiple teams.
  • Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project.


Qualifications
  • 8+ years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and sales support experience.
  • The main project manager on at least 2 R&D focused projects.
  • Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects. 
  • Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and delivery excellence.
  • Experience with governance, operational and execution strategies. 
  • Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. 
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. 
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
  • Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum/Agile Methodology
  • Lean Six Sigma

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640.
