Under the direction of the Director, Transformation Planning, the Project Manager, Transformation Planning will manage a wide range of projects that require development and execution of high-quality project workplans, timelines and implementation plans to support health system transformation projects, including projects that support the continuum of care within an integrated delivery system, optimize service line functionality and address access to care.
The Project Manager will manage, organize, facilitate & lead cross-functional project teams at designated hospital sites; including engagement of key stakeholders and decision makers to ensure successful completion of project deliverables. She/He will work with hospital leadership teams to identify and establish operational transition policies and procedures to ensure that project deliverables are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations. The Project Manager will also facilitate and engage with community partners to ensure the creation of an integrated delivery system.
Successful candidates will have 3 – 5 years project management experience. Certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAP M, etc, preferred. Experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred, including an emphasis on healthcare systems transformation. Successful candidates will have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with the ability to manage workload and thrive in an environment that is undergoing transformation. Bachelor's Degree required.
