Project Manager NEC (ECC)

Overview: Lead overall delivery of a multi-disciplinary wastewater DBO contract, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with NEC4 compliance for municipal treatment upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full lifecycle: tender prep, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and 15+ year O&M handover.
• Manage risks, budgets (HK$1B+ scale), and stakeholders (client, subs, regulators).
• Administer NEC ECC: early warnings, compensation events, programme controls.
• Drive sustainability: effluent standards, water reclamation integration.
• Team leadership: 50+ multidisciplinary staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• MHKIE (or equiv.) in Mech/Elec/Civil/Env/Chem Eng.
• 15 years post-qual in relevant engineering contracts.
• 8 years as main contractor PM (or equiv.).
• 1 year proven NEC usage or accredited training.
• Candidates must already hold the right to work in Hong Kong (HKID / dependent visa / permanent resident). 

Reporting & Location: Reports to Project Director; HK-based with site visits (Northern NT focus).
