Epson is looking for a high-energy, collaborative, and curious individual to fulfill the role of Process Improvement Project Manager. This is a highly visible position that will plan, coordinate, and execute projects across key functional areas.
This position will be based out of Epson America’s headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Product Launch
This role is critical to the launch of Epson’s broad range of new products! You will actively collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure successful product launches including product, channel, and service readiness. You need to be a skilled facilitator, highly organized, and great with details. You also need to build strong relationships everywhere and at all levels of our organization.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $133,416 and $175,107. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
