This role provides the opportunity to lead and coordinate multiple wireless infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial application entry through installation, testing, and closeout. The position requires close collaboration with clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecom infrastructure, construction management, and site acquisition, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.

Accountabilities

  • Lead project planning, cost estimation, budget tracking, and resource allocation for wireless infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate project updates to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, addressing issues proactively.
  • Oversee construction processes, including site walks, inspections, permits, as-built documentation, and contractor coordination.
  • Support mergers & acquisitions and lease administration teams with due diligence, audits, and site management.
  • Facilitate project meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Assist with ongoing process improvements and support additional projects or duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure/tower services and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of site acquisition, construction processes, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in an entrepreneurial, remote work environment.

Ability to travel up to 25% within the market and maintain a valid driver’s license
