ABOUT THE JOB:
We're seeking someone with niche experience in green roof construction, who can bring both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to a complex, high-end build. You'll work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver excellence from preconstruction through closeout.
Whether you're coordinating logistics, managing budgets, or driving innovation, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable infrastructure in one of the most vibrant regions in the country.
You'll be joining a team where your expertise and attention to detail make a real impact. Your solid background in complex construction projects, and specific experience in green roof systems, including surface preparation, waterproofing, coatings, and environmental compliance, will play a pivotal role in delivering one of F.D. Thomas's most innovative and sustainability-focused builds.
