What You�ll Do

End-to-End Project Management

  • Lead all phases of project delivery � from planning through execution to closeout.

  • Maintain full responsibility for project budgets, schedules, and performance outcomes.

Team Leadership

  • Inspire and lead crews to peak performance.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture on and off the jobsite.

Financial Focus

  • Manage project budgets and forecasts with full profit-and-loss responsibility.

  • Drive profitability by identifying savings and opportunities for success.

Risk Management

  • Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain smooth project flow.

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent Petticoat-Schmitt with integrity and professionalism.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to secure future opportunities.

What We�re Looking For

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of project management experience in civil construction (site development, utilities, or public works).

  • Proven background in self-performing civil construction, with ownership of labor, materials, and financials.

  • Strong financial acumen with profit/loss management responsibility.

  • Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog, or similar).

  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and foster a high-performance team culture.
