프로젝트 관리분야
• 범위, 일정, 예산 내에서 프로젝트를 완료하고 고객의 기대치를 충족.
• 다양한 개발 단계에 있는 다수의 프로젝트를 관리.
• 모든 당사자들 간의 협상에 참여하고 계약자가 책임을 다하도록 관리.
• 소유자, 건축가 / 디자이너, 엔지니어, 전문 컨설턴트, 계약자, 공급 업체, 운영자, AHJ 및 기타 이해 관계자를 포함한 대규모 프로젝트 팀의 활동을 조정 및 관리.
• 특정 프로젝트 관리 프로세스를 개발, 구현 및 유지.
• 건물주와 세입자의 협상을 지원.
• 고객과 프로젝트 상황에 대해 적극적으로 소통.
• PM 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 활용하여 상세한 재무 및 일정 보고서를 제공.
• 프로젝트 회의 주도; 회의록을 신속하게 배포하고 적절하게 정리.
• 프로젝트 위험과 문제를 예측하고 완화 및 관리.
• 적극적인 문제 해결, 문제 해결 및 핵심 성과 지표 추적.

• PM 및 코디네이터들 적극 독려, 권한 부여, 감독, 멘토링 및 평가.

관계구축분야
• 소유주, 건물주, 개발자, 기관, 컨설턴트 및 계약자와 신뢰 구축.
• JLL 동료와 협력하여 JLL의 통합 부동산 서비스 플랫폼을 활용.
• 신규 및 기존 비즈니스 관계 형성.
성장관련 분야
• 프로젝트 리드를 소싱, 프로젝트 기회를 주도하고, JLL의 가치를 제시하고, 새로운 비즈니스를 확보.
• 프로젝트 관리 서비스의 리더로서 JLL을 전략적으로 네트워킹하고 포지셔닝.
[자격요건]
• 7 년 이상의 관련 설계 및 건설 프로젝트 관리 경험 소유자.
• PMP 인증이 있는 분 선호
• 최소한의 감독으로 기밀을 유지 및 판단을 활용하며 작업 할 수 있는 분.
• 리더십, 책임감, 대응력을 입증하고 긴박감을 가지고 적극적으로 운영할 수 있는 분.
• 강력한 분석 기술과 재정적 통찰력으로 뛰어난 대인 관계 기술 소유자.
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 우선 순위를 지정하고 기한을 맞추는 적응성 소유자.
• 필요에 따라 근무 시간 및 이동에 대한 유연성 소유자
• 하나 이상의 PM 소프트웨어 플랫폼과 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project 및 Outlook)에 능숙한 분.
• 우수한 영어 구사 및 서면 의사 소통 능력 소유자.
