About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee civil engineering projects in the fields of water infrastructure, irrigation, and food security systems. This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and delivering works on time and within budget, with a strong focus on contract management, site supervision, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience from the contractor’s side, with extensive experience in site management, cost control, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. They are comfortable working in complex, resource-constrained environments and are deeply familiar with local construction practices in Angola or Africa.
