- Meeting with the project team to assign daily tasks,
- Review/ approve of dossiers (drawings, measures, acceptance plans and checklists...) submitted by EPC contractors.
- Check/approve the capacity dossier of contractors/ suppliers in accordance with the provisions of current Vietnamese Law.
- Guide EPC contractors to establish an inspection test Plan (if needed)
- Coaching the project team/contractor to set up a forms for the project.
- Estimate the personnel required for the project team and interview project team members.
- Resolve conflicts between members to achieve win-win,
- Guidance to the project team on the issued quality policy of the company/Group; training for the project team to be aware of ISO 9001-2015 and Lean six sigma standards.
- Instruct the project team how to write/close inappropriate reports (NCR).
- Establish a project management/project quality management process.
- Monitor the shipping/installation plan for prompt warning/adjustment before failing the plan.
- Monitor and control the installation of equipment daily. Meeting with PEC contractors to promptly catch-up plans to pull progress back to plan.
- Together with the project team to identify risks and assess risks, update new risks into the project management department continuously when there is a change. Help CDT recognize the impact of risk on the project to make timely decisions.
- Plan to check and check the compliance of the contractor's process during the project implementation every 3-6 months.
- Inspection/approval of contractor's payment dossier
- Advising investors on solutions to handle technical problems on the site related to roads (infrastructure), structures so as not to exceed the project budget.
- Guide the project team and contractors to establish the completion process in accordance with the current Vietnamese Law.
- Prepare a weekly/monthly report.
- Prepare a project closing report and get customer comments to assess customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- University degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; have a certificate of practice in supervising equipment installation in construction/industry - Grade I.
- Number of years of experience ≥ 10 years - Experience as a construction supervisor ≥ 03 industrial (energy) projects or transporting oversized and overweight equipment; including having worked as a team leader for the installation of turbines in at least 01 project, which is a wind power plant
