Projectmanager (m/w/d)

As a project manager (m/w/d) at myneva, you oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. You ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is vital for the efficient execution of projects, which in turn ensures customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In general, we run several large projects per year that you manage; the substantive execution lies with the consultants and the project team.

You are part of the consultancy team, and in addition to ongoing projects, you can also be deployed as a consultant. Your knowledge of the sector and the product is very useful during requirement sessions with customers who have new wishes and ideas.

Your tasks:

• Within a software implementation project at our customers, you are responsible for monitoring the schedule, scope, and budget, steering the project team and working groups, and reporting to the steering committee.
• Leading, moderating, and documenting (workshop) sessions to gain insight into customer requirements, present solutions, and collect feedback.
• Planning and managing onboarding and improvement projects for customers to ensure that customer requirements are met and the implementation runs smoothly.
• Always keeping an eye on the status of the individual project phases and ensuring communication with project managers internally and on the customer side.
• Supporting colleagues with more complex software implementation projects.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer onboarding.

You are a reliable advisor to your customers, understand their needs and processes, and proactively offer solutions. You are independent, motivated, and able to quickly adapt to changing customer requirements. You know how to build strong relationships and work towards results that benefit both the customer and the company.

Additionally, you have:

• A completed commercial bachelor’s or master’s degree
• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in project management, ideally within social services or the public sector.
• You can think in a solution-oriented way and have the ability to analyse complex situations and clearly map them out
• You are decisive and not afraid to set and safeguard boundaries.
• You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
  Excellent command of the Dutch language.
