Requirements:
- Logistics and installation subcontractors management: professional logistics knowledge; Sorted out regional international and localized PT+CI resources in Europe, investigated port resources suitable for wind turbines transportation &storage, establish the database of qualified subcontractors for wind turbines inland transportation and lifting, developed and assessed logistics & installation subcontractors, maintained subcontractor relations, continuously optimized and improved PTCI subcontract and risk identification list;
1. Bidding stage: review PTCI part of the overall bidding documents for wind turbines, raise deviations for PTCI part, subcontract quotation inquiry from potential PTCI subcontractors, cooperate with commercial manager to provide PTCI external quotation based on the quotation from PTCI subcontractors, cooperate with project manager to make project schedule, etc.; In combination with shipping and lifting plans, prepare risk checklist for PT of the project to ensure controllable costs and risks, specify risk response plans in advance, and ensure contingency fund can cover the implementation of risk control costs. Review and approve PTCI proposal and quotation before issuing official version to owner.
2. Contract negotiation and signing stage: Professional contract review and negotiation skills is preferred. Participate in external contract negotiation and controlled subcontract terms and prices back-to-back based on external contract negotiation terms; Be responsible for PT+CI subcontract clarification and contract negotiation, identify and reasonably control the risks of contract terms, and strictly implement the bottom line terms of the company.
3. Project execution stage: be responsible for subcontractor contract performance management, subcontractors bank guarantee management, subcontract payment, etc.; Liaise with local subcontractors and external owners to solve actual PT execution problems; Cooperate with engineering department and project manager to complete the connection between sea transportation and port transportation, transportation and lifting interface. Assist project manager to follow up the execution of port transportation contract, participate in business communication with subcontractors, progress communication, correspondence, contract interpretation and analysis, change, claim counter claim, dispute resolution and other related matters.
4. Post-evaluation: After the execution of the project, to evaluate capability and competitiveness of PTCI subcontractors according to their performance in terms of contract performance ability and communication efficiency and update PT+CI subcontractor management system as a reference factor for follow-up cooperation.
Qualifications:
1. Major: Electronic & Mechanical, Automation, or related fields
2. Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
3. Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years in a relevant role
4. Work at Height certificate (GWO) is preferred
