With this specific role we want to further strengthen the development and improvement of quality planning, quality assurance and quality control within our project processes by providing professional support and guidance on these matters.

 What will you do?

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, international standards (e.g., ISO, ASME), and client-specific requirements.
  • Develop and review of quality documentation, including inspection plans, protocols, and reports.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
  • Identify non-conformities, document findings, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to resolve quality issues.
  • Perform internal and external audits and support certification processes.
  • Monitor quality metrics and report on performance trends.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality procedures and standards to other team members.

Who are we looking for?

We would love to meet a candidate with the following experience and skills:

  • Experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ASME).
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree, in engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Proactive mindset and able to identify core issues, find a solution and set a standard that helps prevent or mitigate the problem.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) required.
