What You Will Be Doing
Acting as part of the Offshore Wind team, you will work to ensure services meet and exceed regulatory, statutory, customer and organizational standards, through robust quality assurance systems. You will:
- Be responsible for the continuous development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the robust quality management system, environmental management system and our safety management system ensuring the company’s statutory and contractual duties are fulfilled and exceeded.
- Ensure systems and services are monitored and reviewed to continually improve the quality of the service provided externally.
- Be involved in tender applications, review of incoming Quality tender documentation, analyze risk and define requirements, production of Quality sections and responses of outgoing tender documentation to ensure consistency in quality of submissions.
- Initiate the development of project quality plans and relevant project-specific documentation.
- Develop and maintain management information systems relevant to all tender processes.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and support Quality internal and external audits by the classification company and/or assessments to support the client's quality pre-qualification process.
- Monitoring corrective actions, and systematically reviewing company practices against its quality frameworks, accreditation standards and contractual obligations with focus on risk. The Quality & Compliance Manager will be a key resource in supporting the Leadership Team to establish and maintain a culture of continual improvement.
- In collaboration with Head of HSEQ and Service Managers, we have overall responsibility for writing, revising, reviewing, updating, and developing policies, procedures, checklists, forms and various manuals for the Offshore Wind Team.

- You hold a diploma in a relevant engineering degree, or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of five years of experience with quality assurance and compliance within the marine business. You maybe come from a marine contractor, ship owner or similar.
- You have significant experience with operational Quality knowledge and international Quality and compliance - industry standards and legislation compliance (Within ISO, ISM code and ISPS scope).
- You are experienced/familiar with the UniSea management system or similar (Fast learner).
- You are experienced in conducting training
- You understand ISO 9001, (International Organization for Standardization) frameworks.
- You have experience of participating in contractual reviews and developing Quality documentation.
- You understand and utilize project management skills to coordinate resources drawn from across the business.
- You have experience of leading and supporting internal audits at system and project level.
- You have analytical competence and have a have a teamwork approach.
- You are excellent at communication (written, verbal, and listening); coaching, mentoring, and influencing key stakeholders. Fluent in English - verbal and written.
- You can influence others, with excellent team building, collaboration and partnering skills as well as willingness to challenge and be challenged.
- You have a strong quality mindset and the ability to inspire your colleagues and other stakeholders for a culture of continuous improvement.
- You are structured, facts-driven, and able to multitask.
- You have an excellent stakeholder and customer management experience provider; with ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- You are experienced with document control and incident management systems.
- Extra Bonus: You understand ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001, (International Organization for Standardization) frameworks.
The role will be primarily office based.
Interaction with clients and customers at a senior level should be expected.
Travel can be expected on a frequent basis and sometimes with short notice as per company needs.
