R & D Project Manager

We are searching for an R & D Project MANAGER.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will be responsible for the development of new In vitro Diagnostic products in the field of immunohematology and report to the R & D Manager.
• You will be responsible for the management of a whole project from feasibility evaluation, through stability and performance studies, to final transfer in Manufacturing and Quality Control departments.
• Your tasks will combine hands-on laboratory duties with traditional office-based tasks (writing of protocol and reports, MFG and QC documentation and risk analysis).
• You will be able to propose new ideas, technology and projects to the R & D Manager.
• You will be involved in the guidance and training of new employees.
• You will participate in congresses and advanced training events for your continuous education.
• You will be responsible to keep the necessary confidentiality in the development projects and the knowledge gained from them.
• You will comply with the requirements of the currently valid version of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVD regulation 2017/746, GMP and CFR (FDA).

• You have a University degree in Biochemistry, Biology and know-how in Immunohematology or similar.
• You have experience working in a lab.
• You have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• You speak German and English or French and English.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills.
