We are looking for a skilled Radial Drilling Operator<\/b> with strong technical knowledge and hands -on experience in precision machining operations.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>- Operate radial drilling machines<\/b> with full understanding of drilling processes.
<\/span><\/li>- Perform operations using tapping chucks<\/b> and other relevant tooling.
<\/span><\/li>- Plan and execute machining tasks following proper operation sequences<\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>- Select appropriate cutting tools<\/b>, determine correct cutting parameters<\/b>, and follow proper tool -holding methods<\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>- Optimize cutting speed<\/b> and ensure effective tool life management<\/b>.
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct in -process and final inspection<\/b> using various measurement instruments (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
<\/span><\/li>- Prepare inspection plans<\/b> and ensure dimensional accuracy.
<\/span><\/li>- Read and interpret engineering drawings<\/b>, verify machining feasibility, and understand operation requirements.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure production of high -quality components<\/b> within specified timeframes.
<\/span><\/li>- Handle crane/OHC operations<\/b> for lifting and transporting heavy jobs safely onto machines.
