Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting a Refrigeration Administrator on behalf of our client is based in Cape Town. This role is responsible for providing efficient and proactive administrative support to the refrigeration team, including technicians and engineers, while ensuring the accurate closure of job packs and effective customer communication, all in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Dispatch technicians timeously within SLA deadlines.
  • Plan efficient routes to minimise travel distance and costs.
  • Capture and update job information accurately and timeously.
  • Compile and distribute repair quotes.
  • Maintain healthy professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage weekly and monthly job closures on internal systems.
  • Ensure calls are closed accurately and timeously.
  • Attend to client queries and follow up where necessary.
  • Capture and update stock data on internal databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the technical team.


Requirements

  • Matric with a relevant administrative or technical qualification
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience within a client service environment
  • Administration experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
  • Previous experience with job scheduling or service tracking systems is advantageous.
