Guided by our values – Think Safe, One Team, Work in Partnership, Lead the Way, and Can Do – we support our partners every day.   The Opportunity:As our Refrigeration Project Manager, you’ll combine technical know-how with project leadership to deliver cutting-edge refrigeration solutions for Coles stores. From accurate equipment specs to seamless handovers, you’ll ensure every project runs on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is your chance to drive projects that keep Australia cool—literally!    Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Coles Construction and Store Development teams on refrigeration planning. Provide day-to-day support for refrigeration renewal and new store installations. Ensure projects are delivered within strict deadlines and budgetary parameters. Oversee project handover for new and refurbished supermarkets, witnessing plant operation and installation integrity.   What we are looking for Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering stream, or trade qualification with proven technical experience. Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in project management and supermarket refrigeration system commissioning. Proven ability to deliver refrigeration installation and commissioning projects on time, at the specified quality level, and within budget. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated supervisory/project management experience. Australian drivers licence as local and interstate travel required.
