Refrigeration Supervisor

Bolton/Blackpool/Preston/Wigan/Stockport/Manchester/North West regions

Salary £50,061 including callout fee plus vehicle, travel paid door to door and package

Permanent full time

 

We are working with a large, national facilities management contractor who have an excellent industry reputation, look after their staff well and have very established and stable contracts nationally.

 

Purpose:

To undertake reactive Refrigeration Maintenance works alongside the refrigeration team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure. Also to assist management as first point of contact for engineers within specific region and work to resolve issues with problem stores 

 

As a Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be;

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Delivery reactive refrigeration works on sites
  • Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may affect programme delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Updating cbes/client systems accurately as required
  • Act as 1st point of contact for engineers and work to resolve any issues in store
  • Carry out spot checks to ensure engineers are following correct process and procedure
  • To assist in management of open work orders
  • Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients

 

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Supervisor role;

 

  • 2079 and NVQ level 2
  • Experienced working on central plant
  • Familiar with Carel alarm systems
  • CO2 experience an advantage but not essential
  • Experience working within supermarket stores
  • Full driving licence and flexible to travel on a daily basis
  • Basic I.T skills, word, excel etc
