  • Qualifications and SkillsStrong knowledge and application of oil and gas industry safety standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is essential for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Proficient in emergency medical treatment to provide immediate care in critical conditions.
  • Offshore survival and safety training to ensure preparedness in remote and challenging environments.
  • Expertise in remote area nursing for delivering healthcare services in isolated locations.
  • Telemedicine and remote consultation skills to offer medical advice and treatment from a distance.
  • Strong capabilities in CPR and first aid for handling life-threatening scenarios.
  • Adept in trauma and triage assessment to evaluate and prioritize patient care swiftly and accurately.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive healthcare services to rig personnel, ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards.
  • Execute emergency response procedures and provide initial treatment for on-site injuries and illnesses.
  • Maintain health and safety protocols specific to the oil and gas industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor vital signs of the crew to ensure overall well-being.
  • Manage telemedicine consultations, facilitating access to specialized healthcare services when necessary.
  • Participate in safety drills and training sessions to enhance emergency preparedness among rig personnel.
  • Document medical care, maintaining accurate and detailed health records for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise action plans for improving healthcare services on-site.
