Rigging & Deck Equipment Designer

Sunreef Yachts, the world’s leading builder of custom luxury catamarans, is expanding its presence in the U.S. market and is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and detail-oriented Rigging & Deck Equipment Specialist to join our elite team. If you have a deep understanding of sailing hardware, deck systems, and rigging integration on high-performance yachts, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to world-class custom builds and work with a brand redefining luxury multihulls.

Your responsibilites:

• Designing rigging and deck equipment for catamarans
• Designing anchoring, mooring & towing systems
• Contact with suppliers
• Assistance and advice during the production process
• Quality control of completed rigging systems

Our requirements:

• Higher education in engineering (preferred field: ocean engineering or related)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of XFlow software
