Job Name: Safety Engineer

Your Task:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as emergency response, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and documentation to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupational health and safety.
- Participate in safety committees and meetings to address safety concerns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on safety-related matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
- 2-5 Years of Industrial Experience in Safety/ HSE Functions
