Sales Executives will drive sales of solar panels and related products, identify new markets, and maintain relationships with existing customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Work with marketing to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from customers to product teams.
  • Manage CRM records and sales reports.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events.
  • Support aftersales service and customer follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for product demos.
  • Maintain knowledge of solar technology trends.


Requirements


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in sales (preferably in solar/renewable energy).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of solar products is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with high energy.
