Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a results-driven OEM Focused Account Manager to grow our presence in the OEM market segment. In this role, you will engage directly with small to mid-sized OEM customers, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving profitable sales across our Climate Solutions portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Do

  • Expand business with existing OEM accounts and identify new customer opportunities.
  • Develop and execute action plans to grow profitable sales across all Climate Solutions product lines.
  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted partner.
  • Provide technical and sales support to assigned accounts.
  • Increase brand and product awareness in the region.
  • Gain deep knowledge of customer applications and match them with Danfoss solutions.
  • Travel: ~30% within the sales region

What We're Looking For

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in technical sales, preferably in HVACR or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical qualification with equivalent HVACR background.
  • Track Record: Stable career history with proven sales performance.
  • Skills:
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all organizational levels.
    • Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Mindset: Organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
