Job Description: Sales Manager (Land Origination)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire land deals and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market analysis and trend spotting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and finance to support land acquisition initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of land deals to secure favorable agreements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and market changes affecting land origination.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of land origination processes and real estate regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with clients and industry partners.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the land acquisition or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
