Position Description:
As a Sales Onboarding Associate you will ensure that new sales representatives complete the required onboarding steps in order for them to become a contributing team member. This entry-level role will work with hiring managers and new sales representatives to provide a positive Sales Onboarding experience. Success in this role looks like handling Sales administrative needs in a swift and customer-friendly manner. This is a great opportunity for a college student, or freshly graduated student, who is looking for growth in the sustainable energy sector. This is a hybrid opportunity where in-office is required up to twice per week in Lehi, Utah. Responsibilities:
Setup new Sales Representative accounts in the system
Reactive/deactivate sales representative's accounts in the system
Promote and demote sales representatives in the system
Work with Field Managers on administrative updates for field offices
Manage monthly deactivation report
Troubleshoot login issues for sales representatives
Conduct the Welcome Call for homeowners in a positive and welcoming manner
All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to learn and adept quickly
Collaborate with various departments and individuals
Skill in dealing with stressful situations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Prior customer service experience
Spanish speaking is highly preferred
