Scrum Master / Project Manager

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager (Hybrid) to lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce platform modernization initiatives. This role is integral to managing execution across application development, data integration, DevOps, and compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of Agile leadership and traditional project management, enabling high-performing cross-functional teams while aligning with program governance, compliance mandates (e.g., FedRAMP/NIST), and delivery milestones. The candidate should be a proactive communicator, problem-solver, and strategic facilitator working across multiple technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile/Scrum Leadership:

• Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  

• Coach the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  

• Track team velocity, sprint progress, and maintain Agile metrics and dashboards (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  

• Work as a proxy Business Analyst as needed to capture and translate business requirements into user stories or technical deliverables.
  

• Actively remove blockers and support teams to maintain delivery momentum.
  

Project Management & Delivery Oversight:

• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  

• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies in collaboration with business and technical teams.
  

• Maintain project artifacts including RAID logs, project plans, risk assessments, and weekly status reports.
  

• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, SOW compliance, and cost tracking.
  

• Ensure project alignment with FedRAMP, NIST, and other compliance/governance standards.
  

• Manage coordination across systems including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, GitLab CI/CD, and SQL-based platforms.
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  

• Lead client meetings, project reviews, and executive steering committee briefings.
  

• Build consensus, ensure alignment on priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  

• Proactively escalate issues and drive resolution with urgency and transparency.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT project management or Agile delivery.
  

• 3+ years of recent experience managing Salesforce-related projects or platforms.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional PM methodologies.
  

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  

• Working knowledge of DevOps processes (CI/CD) and integrations (e.g., GitLab, MuleSoft).
  

• Familiarity with data and reporting tools like SQL and Tableau.
  

• Experience in compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA, etc.).
  

Preferred Certifications:

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
  

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
  

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
