Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair residential and government appliances (refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, etc.)
- Perform diagnostic tests using appropriate tools and knowledge
- Document work performed and parts used for service calls
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain company vehicle and provide equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional manner
- Stay updated with manufacturer training and certifications
- Adhere to environmental guidelines for refrigerant recapture and disposal
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Sealed System Refrigeration Systems
- EPA or CFC Certification
- Recapture Certification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely
