What you will be doing
As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager at Roland Berger and a key member of our esteemed and expanding Transaction & Investor Services team, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on and manage a wide range of projects. The Transaction & Investor Services team significantly contributes to the success of Roland Berger's Amsterdam office. Our widespread recognition and extensive network are key factors in our success. You will have the potential to build a robust presence and reputation among the investor community. In addition, Roland Berger offers commercial flexibility allowing you to develop on your own perspectives and approaches.
You will work closely with Sameer Metha, David van der Does and Paulo Salla, serving a broad range of top-tier Dutch and European private equity and strategic clients. Together, you will focus on topics that are shaping global discourse such as the energy transition, mobility, digitalization, and innovative business models.
You will design and lead holistic commercial due diligence efforts in the context of M&A deals, as well as develop value creation programs for portfolio companies. Your work will be grounded in deep analysis of markets and businesses, close collaboration with industry and functional experts, and a clear understanding of what drives value.
