Within the Naboo Agency team, you will take ownership of our most ambitious projects. Your core mission is to design and orchestrate immersive, large-scale seminars (300+ attendees), ensuring a flawless experience from the initial brief to the final checkout. You will be the conductor of the orchestra, coordinating all stakeholders to create unforgettable moments.
Your Challenges & Responsibilities:
Large-Scale Project Management: autonomously manage complex offsites and events for groups of 300+ people. This involves mastering logistics, accommodation, transport, F&B, and activities with military precision.
360° Coordination: Act as the central pivot between the client, internal teams, and a multitude of service providers. You ensure everyone plays the right score at the right time.
Creative & Strategic Partner: You don’t just “execute” an event; you create it. You challenge clients with creative concepts, immersive themes, and innovative formats that strengthen their company culture.
Client Relationship: Build deep, trusted relationships with key accounts. You are their advisor, their problem-solver, and their reassuring contact point.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure rapid and accurate responses to client requests.
Conduct tough but fair negotiations with vendors to protect Naboo’s margin without compromising quality.
Display extreme rigor and attention to detail—nothing falls through the cracks.
Team Leadership: Onboard and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to improve our internal processes and tools.
