Our Property Developer client is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician<\/b> to join our Facilities Management<\/b> team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Millwright<\/b> with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance<\/b>. This role is critical to ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of our commercial and mixed -use properties. <\/div>

Oversee and execute technical maintenance work on all building services systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical installations. <\/li>
Conduct fault -finding, diagnostics, and hands -on repairs to minimize downtime and disruption. <\/li>
Manage and perform routine preventive maintenance schedules in line with statutory and operational requirements. <\/li>
Supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and safety standards. <\/li>
Monitor and maintain building systems and utilities to ensure optimal operational performance. <\/li>
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests. <\/li>
Assist with the development and implementation of asset maintenance plans. <\/li>
Keep accurate maintenance logs, reports, and service records. <\/li>
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies. <\/li>
Provide technical input and support during refurbishments, upgrades, and new developments. <\/li>
Mentor junior maintenance staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Facilities Management department. <\/li><\/ul><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Qualified Millwright<\/b> (Red Seal trade tested essential). <\/div>
Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience<\/b> in a technical maintenance role, with strong exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems<\/b> in commercial or mixed -use properties. <\/div>
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and service manuals. <\/div>
Sound knowledge of building management systems (BMS), fire protection systems, generators, UPS, HVAC, and water systems. <\/div>
Familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements in a facilities environment. <\/div>
Computer literacy, including MS Office and experience with maintenance management systems (advantageous). <\/div>
Valid driver’s licence and own transport preferred. <\/div><\/span>
