Job Summary

As a Senior Medical Equipment Project Manager at Mazzetti, you will lead the full lifecycle of medical equipment planning for healthcare projects of all scales and types. While the role primarily supports our West Coast portfolio, you will also play a key part in expanding and strengthening our presence in the Pacific Northwest.

You’ll oversee every phase of medical equipment planning- from early concept development and cost estimating to budget oversight, procurement coordination, and alignment with clinical operations. Acting as a primary project leader, you will drive schedules, ensure accuracy in detailed equipment drawings, and maintain clear, proactive communication with all project partners.

This role places you at the intersection of healthcare technology and patient-centered design, collaborating with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Clinicians. We’re looking for someone with deep healthcare technology expertise, a passion for client service, and the ability to translate clinical needs into forward-thinking, efficient solutions.

If you thrive in complex project environments, enjoy building trusted relationships, and are excited about contributing to our growth in the Pacific Northwest, we’d love to connect with you.
