Overall purpose of the role:
Participate in the EMEA SECM origination and marketing of business opportunities to further develop Natixis’s commercial activity with a focus on Middle East activity and and X-border listed equity transactions involving a Middle-East shareholder.
Main responsibilities of the role:
• Develop SECM business, with a primary responsibility in the Middle-East region and focus on strategic equity transactions
• Work closely and collaboratively with all SECM teams (i.e. Origination, Structuring, Trading, Corporate Broking and Syndicate, Solutions), Coverage and other teams to actively prospect potential client base to establish and improve clients’ relationships
• Actively educate internally on the solutions offered by SECM and their potential value-add for clients
• Pitching of SECM solutions to clients in coordination with Relationship Managers
• Active involvement in the origination of deals: analyse and synthetise sectorial, financial, market information on clients and prospects in order to identify and understand needs and constraints
• Analyse underlying and counterparties and/or borrowers (financial analysis and modelling, valuation, market analysis, etc…)
• Coordinate and organize client pitches and leading execution of new transactions originated
