We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our passionate and growing team, supporting and evolving the applications that drive our B2C operations. With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:
Own and support the daily operation, performance, and availability of key B2C platforms, ensuring swift triage and response to incidents.
Apply deep business context to prioritise engineering decisions that deliver measurable value.
Design and implement secure, compliant, and scalable engineering solutions with documentation that supports quality and alignment.
Lead estimation and delivery of development efforts with your squad, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and risk-managed proactively.
Champion quality through testing, validation, and engagement with end users.
Mentor others and uplift engineering capability across the wider team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Proven experience supporting and evolving enterprise-scale applications within a secure and regulated environment.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, application architecture, and system design best practices.
Experience in delivering solutions with an agile squad, balancing business needs with engineering rigour.
A proactive approach to risk identification, security audits, and business continuity strategies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate technical outcomes into business value.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement — you actively seek out ways to reduce waste and uplift systems and practices.
