Main Responsibilities :
- Manage process optimization and development projects across the entire life cycle: studies, design, implementation, performance monitoring, etc.
- Coordinate technical and economic feasibility studies for mineral processing or metallurgical transformation processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve safety
- Supervise laboratory and pilot plant tests, and validate results prior to industrialization
- Participate in technology selection, equipment choice and drafting of technical specifications
- Work closely with operational, engineering, maintenance, HSE and R&D teams
- Manage internal and external project teams and ensure skills transfer
- Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards in the implementation of solutions
General Skills :
- Confirmed expertise in process engineering applied to the mining or metallurgy sector
- Mastery of process simulation and modeling software
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in constrained industrial environments
- Strong skills in data analysis, technical report writing and synthesis
- Leadership, autonomy, rigor and ability to federate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong results orientation and innovative spirit
- Mastery of HSE and regulatory issues related to industrial processes
Academic Background & Experience :
Engineering degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, metallurgy or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in process project management in an industrial environment, ideally in the mining or extractive sector.
