The Partnerships team is a high-achieving group of individual contributors and managers who collectively work to acquire, optimize, upsell and retain the ClassPass Partner network. Our primary focus is growing and maintaining the strong supply network that yields optimized return on investment in terms of ClassPass subscriber acquisition, retention and life-time value.

About the right team member

The Senior Project Manager directly contributes to the overall efficiency of the ClassPass Field and Inside sales teams by creating, driving and evaluating impactful projects designed to optimize sales outcomes. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership, front-line managers and individual contributors to identify new opportunities focusing on increasing efficiency and the return on investment of the sales team. This person defines the scope and prioritization of various projects within their roadmap and is responsible for driving action from themselves as well as cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve project objectives.   

About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that may span multiple lines of the sales go-to-market motion 
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation and evaluation from initiation to deployment, and beyond, for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously 
  • Effectively collaborate with and marshal cross-functional support required to achieve project objectives 
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives 
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities 
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence 
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization 
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project 
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes 
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership 
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs 
  • Leverage Salesforce and Salesloft analytics to monitor project impact and identify areas of opportunity 

 

Skills & experience

  • 4-6 years of formal project management experience with hands-on deliverable ownership and project team leadership; experience collaborating with sales teams, preferred 
  • PMP Certification, or other relevant certification preferred 
  • Experience and demonstrated success in planning and tracking project deliverables, timelines and resource management for medium to large-size projects using a variety of project management principles and practices 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong aptitude for emotional intelligence. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills—ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors 
  • Highly developed relationship building skills, and the ability to establish credibility and influence within the internal organization as well as outside vendors 
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or other CRM), SalesLoft (or other sales outreach software) 
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs 
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective 
  • Intermediate level of public speaking experience with audiences ranging from individual contributors, peer stakeholders, and executive leaders 
  • Proven ability to independently gain buy-in and collaboration from cross-functional stakeholders in support of sales objectives

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $80,200 to $100,300. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
