Responsibilities:

• Audit contractor payment applications for accuracy, contract compliance, and satisfactory completion of work.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures; perform inspections and tests to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify, document, and coordinate correction of non‑conforming work.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and related documents for completeness and alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain daily inspection reports, correspondence, and organized project documentation.
• Track and manage document revisions to ensure current versions are in use.
• Assist with processing change orders, claims, schedule updates, and budget adjustments.
• Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and preparation of closeout reports.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to support seamless project delivery.
• Prepare schedules, work plans, status reports, and assist with cost control and forecasting.
• Provide regular project updates and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Oversee projects from inception through final closeout.
• Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, client focus, and organizational/time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant aviation construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles, and basic accounting.
• Understanding of Design/Bid/Build, Design/Assist, and Design/Build delivery methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams of 10+ staff.
• Business development capability with regional market awareness and proven closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P6 scheduling; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CCM or related certifications preferred.
• Experience with aviation-related or specialized facilities (e.g., terminals, ticket counters, lounges, hangars).

Compensation:

Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000/yearly (dependent on years of experience, competency, travel requirements)
