Responsibilities:
- Audit contractor payment applications for accuracy, contract compliance, and satisfactory completion of work.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures; perform inspections and tests to ensure adherence to standards.
- Identify, document, and coordinate correction of non‑conforming work.
- Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and related documents for completeness and alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain daily inspection reports, correspondence, and organized project documentation.
- Track and manage document revisions to ensure current versions are in use.
- Assist with processing change orders, claims, schedule updates, and budget adjustments.
- Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and preparation of closeout reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to support seamless project delivery.
- Prepare schedules, work plans, status reports, and assist with cost control and forecasting.
- Provide regular project updates and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Oversee projects from inception through final closeout.
- Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, client focus, and organizational/time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant aviation construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles, and basic accounting.
- Understanding of Design/Bid/Build, Design/Assist, and Design/Build delivery methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams of 10+ staff.
- Business development capability with regional market awareness and proven closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P6 scheduling; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CCM or related certifications preferred.
- Experience with aviation-related or specialized facilities (e.g., terminals, ticket counters, lounges, hangars).
Compensation:
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000/yearly (dependent on years of experience, competency, travel requirements)
