The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury-use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace are providing project management consultancy services.

Responsible for leading projects to achieve agreed outcomes and deliverables within defined time, cost, and quality parameters. This role ensures internal fee targets are met while managing risk and implementing effective change control.

You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to manage projects and technical services, coordinating external resources on behalf of the client organisation. By fostering strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication of strategies, you will drive successful project delivery in line with expectations.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead intermediate-level project tasks and support senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project and programme management activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise across business projects and units to drive best outcomes and strategic objectives.
• Manage design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, overseeing briefs, scopes, fees, claims, deliverables, and project variations.
• Develop and integrate design and authority programmes with procurement and delivery schedules to maintain alignment with project milestones.
• Deliver project objectives and KPIs, leading teams and stakeholders to achieve success while managing budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Champion Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards, embedding best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality systems, robust risk management, and compliance with Service Excellence standards.
• Promote sustainability and innovation, supporting digital transformation, responsible business practices, and net zero carbon goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject is essential.
• Extensive years of experience, postgraduate professional experience are essential.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
