Senior Project Manager (CEE Area)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex IT initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels. This role provides the opportunity to shape project methodologies, drive process improvements, and deliver high-quality solutions that impact organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will lead risk management, financial tracking, and performance reporting while fostering collaboration across teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for major and minor initiatives.
• Ensure projects are aligned with strategic goals, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement escalation processes as needed.
• Monitor project financial health and manage resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Oversee test management, deployment activities, and executive-level communications.
• Develop and implement best practices, templates, and tools to enhance project management capabilities.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar senior project management role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience in the banking industry with understanding of banking products, IT architecture, and compliance regulations.
• Proven track record in IT project delivery and multi-project coordination.
• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
