David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager (Product Development) for their growing list of clients/gaming operators.

  • Position: Senior Project Manager
  • Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade, Serbia / Bucharest, Romania OR Riga, Latvia
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Remuneration: Base salary.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle – from early planning and scoping through execution, release, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive collaboration across global, distributed teams, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones with both synchronous and asynchronous workflows.
  • Unite Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering around shared objectives, building alignment and momentum to deliver at pace.
  • Lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, managing timelines, dependencies, and key milestones with precision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clarity on project updates, risks, and progress at every stage.
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise, creating proactive mitigation strategies and strengthening project governance, documentation, and communication practices.
  • Champion transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence, ensuring every project delivers measurable value to both business and end users

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+), with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, including 2–3 years in a senior leadership role managing and mentoring other PMs
  • Proven expertise collaborating across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Software Development, with a deep understanding of delivery lifecycles
  • Strong track record of end-to-end project ownership – from business development handoff through to client rollout and post-launch review.
  • Skilled at building alignment across cross-functional teams (tech, product, operations, support, leadership) in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with a solution-oriented mindset and relentless focus on results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills—able to drive consensus and inspire action without direct authority.
  • Confident with industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
